Financial Psychotherapy

Too often finances are dealt with in black and white with the idea that we just need to follow set rules and when we have enough money, we will feel better. The truth is, our experience around money is established through a series of experiences that begin in our youth and carry on continually in our lives as we deal with finances and their impact on our lives and our family continually.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual sessions allow you to explore your experience with family of origin financial stories.

COUPLES THERAPY

Understanding your partner’s experience with money will help build your path to the future.

GROUP THERAPY

Hearing others and sharing your story provides insight and acceptance to your own experience.
